Water Tank/Suction Tank & Pump House
Project Scale: 5 levels
Location: Taiping, Perak.

Completion time : 15 months

Speed and accuracy of the builder’s work is of essence.

The biggest challenge of this project is the scaffolding technique because the structure below the water tank is hollow/floorless. This creates complication for formwork to be constructed.

Project Scale: 7 levels
Location: Taiping, Perak.

The construction site of the project is located approximately 30 meter from the Taiping Lake across the road. The sub-structure is 3 meter below the water lever of the lake.

Taking into consideration that the water from the lake might slip through the soil into the construction site, the speed of the construction was crucial to avoid complications such as flooding.
